The Islamic Boarding School “Tahfidz Al’Quran” has approximately 1.000 students. Islamic religious study are held twice a week. Islamic religious study that given by this charismatic teacher, specifically intended for male students with books are Shahih Bukhari Book and Jalalain Book that held every Wednesday afternoon at 16.00 pm and as well as Islamic religious study every Sunday afternoon starting at 16:00 pm that intended for women with books are Iqna Book and Kifayatul Asqia Book. This Islamic religious study greatly contributed to the development of the science of religion in society of Banjar Regency.
Acting Regent of Banjar Regency H. Rachmadi Kurdi felt very happy to be attended and met directly with the Tuan Guru Wildan and his students. He hoped the students in Islamic Boarding School in order to always maintain harmony among the students.
H. Rachmadi Kurdi expressed a sense of appreciation, respect and trust are so highly related to the determination of the teachers that also called ustadz in this Islamic Boarding School in teaching the “Al’Quran” of their lifetime for the students.
Their determination in teaching strongly supports Banjar Regency regulation No. 4 of 2004 on Al-Quran graduations, so that the vision and mission of local government to make the Banjar Regency as Islamic, prosperous, and independent can be realized. (Welson/Boma)
