The election of village heads (pambakal) which will be simultaneously conducted in April 2016 requires preparation and steps that should be known by all the villagers and communities in the Banjar Regency.
In his speech, the acting Regent of Banjar Regency H Rachmadi Kurdi said he really appreciated the implementation of this socialization. According to him, this dissemination activities as an effort to provide information and strengthen preparedness of the Pambakal simultaneously election organizers in Banjar district, so that the implementation went smoothly, secure and conducive.
In addition, it is also to harmonize and strengthen the understanding of the participants on the rules governing the implementation of the Electoral Pambakal simultaneously regulated in Banjar Regency Regulation No. 11 in 2015, so as to avoid errors in decision making.
He explained that the selection of the village heads is a process of a change of power. Pursuant to the legislation, in which the position of the Chief of Village / Pambakal set his term and when his term ends, there should be a power shift process commonly known as Village Head Election.
Rachmadi Kurdi reminded, for the elected Pambakal have an arduous task, namely to build a village in order to further advance and develop. One thing that is important to note is on the village fund management, which is the realization of UU No. 6 of 2014, so that the allocation has been disbursed by the government to be managed properly and in accordance with the applicable rules. Pambakal should be able to manage the funds provided for rural development.
