Jumbara (Jumpa Bakti Gembira) Palang Merah Remaha (PMR) is one of the implementation of the Tri Bakti PMR and a meeting between members of the PMR, PMR staff, PMI coaches, and administrators PMI in particular in charge of coaching and development of PMR. Jumbara VI participated by 550 participants from students of junior and high schools in Banjar Regency.
The Regional Secretary of Banjar Regency H.Nasrun Shah officially opened the Jumbara VI organized by PMI Banjar district for 3 days (1-3 April 2016), in Ulu Pingaran Ulu Football Field, Sub-District of Astambul, Friday (1/4).
Banjar Regional Secretary said, the strategic significance of this Jumbara activity is how to form Tri Bhakti and Seven Principles of PMR early. “Before coaching at an early stage how to build, cultivate social life and humanity as a teenager, so that the function of PMR can be felt by the community,” he explained.
Furthermore, the Secretary expects that all participants uphold sportsmanship in competing on Jumbara PMR. “Honesty and sportsmanship should be maintained, in order to form the soul of humanity is powerless faith and dignity. Hopefully through this VI Jumbara PMR, PMR can form a cheerful, intelligent and friendly, “he hoped.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Banjar Regency H.Mawardi Abbas said in his speech, Jumbara followed by PMR Madya and Wira as a step in enhancing the promotion and development capacity of students of junior and high schools in Banjar Regency.
“Hopefully with this Jumbara activity, can tighten the relationship, and can improve the function of PMR in the social and humanitarian fields. Hopefully with this Jumbara generation PMR will create a cheerful, intelligent and friendly, “he explained. (FII / Boma)
