A total of 250 visually impaired people in Banjar receives Qur’an Braille Digital (QBD) submitted by Sheikh Ali Saleh Mohammad Ali Jaber and Regent of Banjar H Khalilurrahman. A symbolic handover was conducted at the joint Silaturrahmi and tausyiah with visually impaireds and people of all South Kalimantan, on Saturday (28/05), at the Great Mosque of Al Karomah Martapura.
Events held by Majelis Ta’lim Siti Khadijah Ansyari and attended by the Regent of Banjar Regency H Khalilurrahman, Habib Ali Abdullah Al Aydrus Sekumpul, Habib Muhammad Quraisy bin Mutjtaba Al Aydrus, Chairman Najir Great Mosque Al Karomah KH Hasnuddin, the visually impaireds and thousands of Banjar Regency society.
Regent Banjar H Khalilurrahman in his speech, Al-Quran assistance Digital Braille is a real effort provide equal opportunities to persons with visual impairment in order to study the revelations of Allah SWT mentioned in the Al-Qur’an as a guide to the human race.
“We must have a strong passion for improving our interaction with the Al-Quran. All limitations should not be an obstacle for us to pick up the guidance of Allah SWT and achieve paradise future. Thus, the spirit of togetherness in improving piety in each individual race must always be inflamed, “he said.
H Khalilurrahman added, the presence of Al-Quran in Braille Digital is one of the breakthroughs to bring equality for persons with visual impairment in order to study and read the Al-Quran
“I think this is one of the breakthroughs of equal opportunity. With this digital technology braille, the blind persons more easy to learn Al-Quran, “he said.
Banjar Regent also hoped to existing entrepreneurs in Banjar Regency in order to participate to help / donate his property to print the free Mushaf Al-Quran digital braille. “Your help will be a perpetual charity and provisions in the hereafter,” the message. (Sadi/Boma)
