The Investor Ekpose of PT Timur Banua and PT Trans Retail Indonesia in Banjar Regency attended by the Regent of Banjar H Khalilurahman who was accompanied by the Regional Secretary H Nasrunsyah along with the related local government offices participated in this event, Tuesday (6/9) morning.
In this case the Regent Banjar H Khalilurahman greatly appreciated the presence the Investor Ekpose of PT Timur Banua and PT Trans Retail Indonesia to invest in Banjar Regency. According to him, Banjar is open to investment but an investment that refers to the applicable legislation.
“Based on the solicitation of investor from PT Timur Banua and PT Trans Retail Indonesia to invest in Banjar Regency and I really appreciated the holding Ekpose today for things that are requested not against the rules in force,” said Regent Banjar.
PT Timur Banua Ikhsan said, “The ekpose intents and purposes is the construction of shopping centers, named Star’s Mall, located on the road Ahmad Yani Km 8,200 located in the Village of Manarap Lama Kertak Hanyar Banjar Regency,South Kalimantan. Where PT Trans Retail Indonesia will fill the front part of the Star’s Mall with an area of ??lease 23.396 m2 which consists of the 4th floor with an area of ??approximately 53.603 m2 and at the behind of the area, PT Trans Retail Indonesia will be hired by Cinema XXI with an area of ??1,535 m2, ” Said Ikhsan.
In addition Ikhsan also explained that during the period of construction workers absorbed in the construction of the shopping center is about 200 man labor from the local community as well as outside the labor force. After the construction is completed, the PT Timur Banua as building management will require a workforce of approximately 110 people, of which most will be recruited from the young people who were around the construction site, a commitment of PT Timur Banua to empower the local community.
Regent Banjar H Khalilurahman expects to all SKPD’s concerned to help and do not complicate affairs for fast and easy realization of construction of Star’s Mall shopping center is planned. (Pus / Yani / 060 916)
