Banjar Regency Government continues to increase and improve the capacity of the State Civil Administrative (ASN) and PTT staff capability also its environment. This was done to support the performance of Regional Heads and officials Banjar Regency in running the development.
In this case the ASN staff and PTT in Regional Secretariat Banjar Regency learn by watching and listening directly bureaucratic administration system at the Secretariat of West Bandung Regency, West Java Province on the agenda of the working visit, Wednesday (7/9) yesterday.
In addition to establish a relationship, activities led by Assistant for Administration H Wildan Amin who was accompanied by Head of Public Relations Secretariat of Banjar Rakhmad Dhanny, Head of Administration Hj Mainita Elisnawati, Head of Organization H Akhmad Fauzi, Head of Governance Akhmad Hairuddin Fahri.
“I am very proud, Banjar Regency Government to make West Bandung as a reference to learn in improving the quality of its staff,” said Assistant General Administration Secretariat of West Bandung Regency Maman Sulaiman.
“We are very thankful and grateful to the Government of West Bandung Regency which has opened the door for sharing as well as a variety of information in running the administration of development”, said H Wildan Amin.
As confirmed by the Head of Public Relations Secretariat of Banjar Rakhmad Dhanny himself admitted, that the visit that made it to the West Bandung Regency is not unreasonable. Rakhmad Danny said West Bandung government has been quite successful in implementing programs for the public service sector and encourage increased regional revenue.
“Seeing the progress of West Bandung Regency extraordinary, therefore we want to learn from this area on a couple of things to support development in Banjar Regency” Rakhmad Dhany explained
