Head of Dinas Pendidikan (Department of Education) of Banjar Regency H Gusti Ruspan Noor led directly the roll call scope Banjar Regency, Monday 1st February 2016, on Banjar Regency Governance Office in Martapura.
In his speech, H Gusti Ruspan Noor said education is one of the benchmarks of the calculation of the Human Development Index (IPM) and is often used as a means of measuring the success of development implemented by the government. The task for the government in the field of education to be very important in ensuring the nation’s future, so can continue the ideals of the nation as mandated in the UUD 1945 Constitution.
“In carrying out the task, Dinas Pendidikan of Banjar Regency hold on to Banjar Regency Regulation No. 4 of 2014 on the Implementation of Education,” said Noor Ruspan.
H Gusti Ruspan Noor concluded by said that education is a concurrent affair or affairs carried out jointly between the central government and the provincial government. Then the implementation must be in accordance with the policies and the vision-mission of education that has been established between the central government and the provincial government.
“Education is obligatory for a country, especially our country Indonesia, which is in line with the vision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia H Joko Widodo is the formation of human and ecosystem educational and cultural character and based on mutual cooperation,” said Ruspan.
