Banjar Regency Government continues to push up the rate of growth of the people’s economy. With abundant natural resources, all strategies and innovation was implemented for the welfare of society.

To achieve these objectives, the group of Banjar Regency Government led by the Acting Regent of Banjar Regency H.Rachmadi Kurdi , accompanied by the Secretary H.Nasrunsyah reviewing Fish Auction Centers or also called Pusat Pelelangan Ikan (PPI) in Aluh Aluh sub-district, Friday (29/1).

Participated in the group, namely the Head of the Disperindag of Banjar Regency H Ramlan, Head of Disperkim of Banjar Regency Boyke Tristianto, Head of Bina Marga of Banjar Regency Banjar HM Hilman, Head of Satpol-PP Banjar Regency H Ahmadi, and Director of PD Pasar Bauntung Dwi Bagusian Wahono, as well as Head of sub-district Aluh Aluh Soeharto.

Based on observations the Acting Regent during a visit to the port and fish auction centers in Aluh-Aluh, location is very strategic and very supportive of economic development in the fisheries sector Banjar district.

In this case H.Rachmadi Kurdi evaluate, sub-district of Aluh-Aluh has great potential as one of the producer and provider of fish in Banjar Regency in particular, and in the province of South Kalimantan in general.

“From the results of this review I assess the location of the sub-district of Aluh-Aluh so strategically especially accompanied with abundant water resources that are potentially as a regional provider of fish in large quantities in order to meet the needs of the community”, he said.

Based the potential and infrastructure available, Banjar Regency strongly desire to maximize the development in the context of the economic community stretching in the fisheries sector.
