Having previously, Regent Banjar H Khalilurrahman convey the Regional Design Regulations (Raperda) on Waste Management were discussed to follow the Minister of Regulation No. 33 Year 2010 on Guidelines for Waste Management which states that waste management is set out in local regulations, the plenary meeting then scheduled a few points further in report of the Commission III Meeting legislature to the draft of Waste Management, Submission Regent Banjar against the draft regulation on RPJMD years 2016-2021 and accountability of the budget 2015 in Lt. 2 Banjar DPRD plenary hall, Monday (27/6).

“Ulun give gratitude and highest appreciation to all members of the legislature who have supported the draft of waste management to be enacted into the law of Banjar Regency. I hope it will overcome all the problems of garbage in Banjar and increase public awareness of the waste and make it as a resource that has added value, “said H. Khalilurrahman.
Regent Banjar when presenting draft legislation on RPJMD 2016-2021 and accountability of the budget 2015 said RPJMD prepared for a period of 5 (five) years, this was done through a long process with some specific approaches that are expected to answer all the aspirations of the various components in the area.
“Formulation of RPJMD 2016-2021 was aimed at promoting public welfare in Banjar Regency by maximizing the utilization of natural resources and human resources through good governance,” said H Khalilurrahman.
The event then continued with the signing of the Report of the Meeting of Commission III DPRD Banjar towards draft Solid Waste Management by the Chairman DRPD Banjar Regency HM Rusli witnessed by Regent Banjar and all Members of Parliament Banjar district, Secretary Banjar H Nasrunsyah, Forkompimda (Representative Police Banjar and Representative Kodim 1006 / Martapura) and the heads of SKPD scope Banjar district government.
