Culinary business development, especially pastries that lately so rapidly with the increasing market demand which causes everyone want to look for business opportunities in this field. With the increasing market competition, businesses are required to be able to produce a variety of pastries with high competitiveness, supported by good packaging and hygienic.
This responsed by the Government of Banjar Regency through the Department of Industry and Trade of Banjar Regency and the PKK’s Banjar Regency by holding facilitation training to Make Pastries for cadres of the PKK in Sub-Distric of West Martapura and also Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in the Hall of the West Martapura District Martapura, Wednesday (16/11).

“This training was held in order to PKK members entrepreneurship and IKM can independently to produce light snacks in the form of a variety of pastries. Meanwhile, Vice Chairman of TP PKK Banjar Nur Gita Tiyas Saidi Mansyur on the same occasion ordered that the trainee to make cookies can utilize this training as possible to be an asset for the mother-housewife to open a business, add creative businesses that have no or at least not mothers supposed to make delicious cakes for the family.
“I hope that this training will be a driving force or motivation of the local community to entrepreneurship. Hopefully, these activities can provide benefits to develop themselves both as an entrepreneur snacks as well as housewives in order to improve the economy of the family, at least can make delicious cakes for family and holy days, “said Nur Gita Tiyas.

In training to make cookies held on November 16 and November 18, 2016 was attended by the Head of Martapura Southwestern Ahmad Rabani, was also attended by representatives of Disperindag Banjar and 20 (twenty) trainees who are PKK cadres in the District West Martapura that have potential food raw materials in the region.
